Shipping & Returns


We will  send your order same or next working day via Royal Mail 1st class post or equivalent service free of charge.

Place your order before 2:30 pm (Monday to Friday) and we will ship same day * Subject to availability.

Should there be a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you and advise expected dispatch time. We will inform you when we dispatch your order to you. Please notify us within 10 days of dispatch notification if your item has not been received.

All items are subject to availability. We offer delivery service to worldwide ,. Should any orders be placed from outside the United Kingdom, your order will shipped by UPS or DHL, the delivery time about 5-8 busienss days depend on your location.

Returns Policy


If you feel you need to return or exchange an item based upon the guidelines below, we will gladly accommodate you. You may return your purchases with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (60) calendar days of the date of receipt. If the item is returned unopened, in the original box, we will exchange it or offer a credit / refund. If the item is faulty we will pay your shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for postage costs for remorse returns. It is your right to cancel your order within 60 working days of receipt of the goods by notifying us of your intentions.

General Returns

Once we receive your return ,we will fully refund your products cost within 48 hours

Faulty Goods Returns

 When we receive your return it will be tested to check the fault. If it is found to be faulty the product will either be replaced or refunded at our discretion and your postage refunded.

Waste Battery Regulations

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, we are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. It is not advisable to post waste batteries so if you would like to return them in person please contact us on to arrange this. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.
